Lauren Alaina was a fan favorite in American Idol's season Ten listing. Her style was distinctive as well as she was famous for her devotion to God. Lauren Alaina was born and raised Rossville Georgia, discovered her passion for singing when her cousin had been diagnosed with cancer of the brain. Lauren's cousin convinced her to continue her dream of being able to sing. Scotty was the winner of American Idol in 2010, was a good friend to Lauren during her time on the show.
