Heidi Klum, born on 1 June 1973, in Bergisch Gladbach Germany. Erna Klum is her hairdresser's mom. Gunther Klim Her father was an executive of a cosmetics firm. Heidi's father had earlier been director of production at the 4711 perfume company. Heidi was born in Bergisch Gladbach (a city of around 100,000 inhabitants six miles west of Cologne) Heidi was raised in the city. Heidi Klum is a former model from Germany and America who works as a TV host and producer as well as fashion designer. Klum was up against 25,000 contestants from Germany as well as Europe before being selected as one of the three semifinalists. Klum was awarded a top $300,000 modeling prize in April 1992.
